You can call me Samii though, Since I was 10 years old I knew I wanted to work with food for the rest of my life. From that point on I did everything I could to learn food. I took culinary classes, traveled abroad, graduated from culinary school, and worked in a variety of restaurants.

After 10 years working for other people I decided to step out on my own. I wanted to take my creativity and passion to you! I want to work with the consumer and create something that they will love and enjoy with family and friends!
